The app says I'm offline. What should I do?
Check your internet connection, fully close and reopen LJ AI, then try again. If the issue continues, submit an in-app support ticket with what you were doing when it happened.
Where do I download updates?
Use the official download links on this website or the applicable app store. Avoid installers from unofficial third-party websites.
I can't access my account.
Use the account recovery or support options shown inside LJ AI. Never send your password in a support message.
